Neutral Eye with a Twist.

Here are the pictures. It is a neutral eye with blue eyeliner.
And yes I finally cut my bangs again!!! :))

What I did-

• ELF Eyelid Primer in Nude.
• Eyeshadow-Wet N' Wild Vanity Palette. Lid color& Highlight- the top left color(Vanilla), Crease the middle left color(Light Brown).  Inner tear-duct the top right color(Goldish white).
• Wet N' Wild Blue Eyeliner.
• Maybelline Great Lash in Black.
• Cheeks a roseie pink& Bronzer.
• Baby Lips and Plain Jane(BHComestics)(A darkish Pink).

I Also Did the same look with green eyeliner the other day-
